Al Rahmani - President & CEO
Mr. Rahmani graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering. Throughout his entire career he has been involved in sea port / harbor design, city planning and related infrastructures, highways, bridges and tunnels, oil & gas reservoir studies and solid waste facilities. Mr. Rahmani is well versed in leading companies and has had extensive management experience. He is the managing director of A. R. Development, the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Development for Triple Five Corporation, which is the parent company of MEI Triple Five and most recently the former CEO of Platinum Energy.
William F. Fordtran, P.E. – Vice President, Southern Region
Joined company in March 2002.
Served as Chief Operations Officer and co-founded Indtech in 1989. Previously Mr. Fordtran owned Padre Island Supply, a company specializing in commercial and residential construction. He started his career with Coastal Refining in 1968, as Maintenance Engineer. Mr. Fordtran is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and has a BS in General Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Osvaldo Gotera - Director, Business Development
Mr. Gotera has over 30 years of Oil and Gas Experience. After joining Amoco Oil Company as a project engineer,
Mr. Gotera has held various technical, commercial and managerial positions in refining, crude oil and petroleum products supply,
business development and international negotiations within the Amoco/BP family of companies. He has led multi-disciplinary project
teams in ventures throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America. In addition to his electrical engineering degree from
Northwestern University, Mr. Gotera holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
